Greenridge Cobalt Construction is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 759 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders.
