Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Stonegate Union Care Services supports families and individuals in Grand Rapids with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
