Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Foxglove Haven Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Salt Lake City, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
