Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Analytics is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
