Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Greenridge Lakeside Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Memphis, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
