Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Redstone West Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Nashville, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
