Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meridian Banking Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
