Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Westbrook Iron Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Oklahoma City producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
