Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cedar Banking Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
