Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Nova Orchard Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Spokane focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
