Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Yarrow Civic Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
