Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Bright Rowan Foods is a Richmond food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
