Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Fernwood Basin Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Grand Rapids with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
