Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cobalt Construction Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
