Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Redstone Haven Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
