Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Lumen Union Health is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
