Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Vista Medical designs and makes medical devices in Houston, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
