Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Clearpath Union Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Madison. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
