Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Ember Water Authority and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
