Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Quarry Care Services supports families and individuals in Grand Rapids with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
