Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Westbrook Glen Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Houston, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
