Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Cedar Umber Health provides primary and specialty care in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
