Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Harborlight Nest Financial serves customers across Memphis with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
