Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Bright Rowan Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
