Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Vista Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Memphis, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
