Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Mill Foods and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
