Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Bright Ember Pharma develops and makes medicines in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
