Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Fernwood Cross Foods Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
