Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Rivermark Fox Construction is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
