Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Ridge Medical designs and makes medical devices in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
