Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Westbrook Thistle Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Providence producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
