Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Rivermark West Care Services provides in-home and community support in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
