Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Summit Glen Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 752 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
