Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ashton Health Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 496 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
