Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Cedar Nest Financial Holdings is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
