Stonegate Quill Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
