Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Silverline Maple Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Jackson and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
