Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Redstone Ashton Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Wichita. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
