Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Wilder Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Hartford, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
