Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Silverline Rowan Care Services provides in-home and community support in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
