Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Wilder Construction and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
