Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Silverline Birch Care Services supports families and individuals in Tucson with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
