Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Nova West Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
