Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Lumen Studio builds commercial and industrial projects around Richmond. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
