Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Harbor Care Services supports families and individuals in Fresno with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
