Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Summit Union Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 619 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
