Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Mill Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
