Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Harbor Care Services Partners and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
