Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Union Foods Group is a Portland food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
