Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lakeside Telecom and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
